Remember that priority is given to online support options
and most
specifically to support tickets.
When you open a support ticket, the ticket is generated and sent via
pager to an on-call support technician. Phone calls are handled/returned on a first come-first serve basis.

1) 'How To's & 'FAQ's
The
first area you should review is our "Frequently Asked Questions".
These areas will answer most if not all of your questions with
regard to our services and how to use them.
2) Helm Control Panel Support
The
On-Line Help System has several articles related to setup and
maintenance of the Helm Control Panel System.
3) Create a Support Ticket
If
you can't find your answer with the first four options you can open
a support ticket. Each incident will be forwarded to an
on-call technician via email and pager.
