All Expert Amps repairs are made in Magnolia Texas by SPE Factory-trained and authorized personnel. Regular factory training in Rome is important for us to stay current with repairing and customer service. So your Expert Amp will not be returned to the factory in Rome for any repairs.

Due to our years of experience in making repairs to Expert Amps, plus having an excellent stock of parts with a well organized workshop, most repairs have been made within three days after arrival of any Expert Amp needing servicing. This means your "doing without your Expert Amp" is kept to a minimum.
