Because the right Career Choice is one of most important contributions to your quality of life and sense of well being, TransformationWorks offers a 4-step approach to your career change needs.
Back to TOPThe The Initial Consultation focuses on your employment information and gathering career related history as well as exploring the values, interests, experiences and abilities that relate to your career goals.
Comprehensive Career Assessment. At this step, you'll complete a battery of career and career-related tests. Test results are then combined in a comprehensive, written report that provides a thorough analysis of your specific career interests, work style preferences, values, beliefs, and attitudes--all factors important for career success and satisfaction.
Generating Options and Making Choices is our third step in the career change process. Information acquired during the initial consultation and the assessment stage allows you to develop a list of career alternatives. Your options are researched and explored in order to make an informed choice. Anxieties around success, failure, change, interviews, and exams are dealt with as needed.
Making and Implementing Plans is the fourth step of the process. A plan of action is developed to reach your career choice goal. You are assigned to take the actions necessary to achieve your selected career goal. This may include exploring further training or education, learning how to conduct more effective job search, and/or upgrading your resume and interview skills.
