Pool tags may
be purchased at the office during office hours. For the first two
weeks of May, the tags are available at last year's price of $5
per family member. Tags purchased after May 14 will cost $7 each.
The Back Pool
will be open on Memorial Day. Both pools will close on Labor Day.
Garden
Club Meets
The Garden Club
members met at the back pool on the 21st and worked hard hauling
dirt and trimmed branches to spruce up the park and the garden in
front of the pool. There is still work to be done because small
trees and shrubs need to be pulled out before new plants can be
put in. The Garden Club members relaxed after all the work and went
out and enjoyed lunch together. Again, thanks to Dennis B. and his
chain saw for all the help you have given the community.
Plant
& Garage Sale
A Plant and Garage Sale has been scheduled for April 2 & 3. The Club is asking
for donations to raise money to buy shrubs for the garden in front
of the Back Pool. If you can’t donate come by and purchase some
items at the sale. There will a large variety of plants to choose
from including salvias and gingers, even some cardamom and lemon
grass. Baked goods will also be for sale. Bring donations to the
Community Building or call the office for more information.
Mobile
Vet
The Mobile Vet has rescheduled for May 20 in front of the Front Pool. Call the
office for the correct time.
