Facility Scheduling
Contact Dawn
for rates and availability of the Community Building. The office
is open on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday from 9am to 1pm.
Thursdays the office is open from 6pm to 8pm.
Community
Building Rental
The community building can be rented by residents in good standing
(paid maintenance fees for $144.00 and no pending deed restriction
violations) for private parties and community activities. A $250
refundable deposit will be required. Do not make plans until you
contact Dawn to check on availability for your time slot.
